Project Management and Implementation.

Large-scale IT projects, led end to end — scoped honestly, scheduled realistically and delivered working, from fibre rollouts to examination systems.

S/01 Overview

Delivered on time, working on day one.

I lead teams in deploying large-scale IT projects — campus network distribution, computer-based testing centres, collaboration platforms — coordinating suppliers, schedules and technical crews so nothing slips between the cracks.

As the engineer in the lead role, I don’t just track tasks: I verify the technical work itself — splices tested, configs reviewed, failover actually failed over — before anything is signed off.

S/02 What’s included

Leadership with technical teeth.

  • Requirements gathering, scope definition and honest estimation
  • Vendor and supplier coordination, from tender to delivery
  • Crew supervision for field work: trenching, cabling, installs
  • Testing, commissioning and acceptance against the original scope
  • Stakeholder reporting in plain language — no jargon status decks
  • Risk tracking and contingency planning for weather, supply and access
  • As-built documentation and asset registers on handover
  • Post-deployment support window so teething issues get fixed fast

S/04 Questions

Common questions.

Single-building networks up to multi-site campus programmes. If a project needs a larger firm, I will tell you upfront rather than stretch.
Often, yes. A recovery starts with an honest assessment of what is done, what is broken and what it takes to finish — then a plan to get there.
