Oct 2025 — Present
Senior Network Engineer
Northbridge University, Ikeja, Lagos State
- Moved the campus uplink from a 500 Mbps circuit to a 2 Gbps fibre service, giving institution-wide systems more headroom and better uptime.
- Directed network rollout across new and existing buildings, managing equipment supply and overseeing fibre and wireless access point installation on the main campus.
- Own the design and upkeep of the secure network behind teaching, administration, the LMS and the student portal.
- Work with technical and non-technical teams to understand connectivity, security and platform needs, then rank upgrades by impact.
- Own the monitoring and incident-response routine: alerting thresholds, escalation paths and post-incident reviews that keep repeat outages from happening.

Network & Security Engineer
Northbridge University, Ikeja, Lagos State
- Ran and protected the network serving more than 30,000 students and 2,000 staff, with dependable access to online learning, internal systems and campus connectivity.
- Managed LAN and WAN services including DNS, DHCP, VPN, BGP, EIGRP, routing, switching, firewalls and wireless access points.
- Installed, configured and fixed routers, switches, firewalls, access points, radio links, antennas and links between campuses.
- Supported Windows and Linux servers: troubleshooting services, administering platforms, scripting and day-to-day operations.
- Ran the secure CBT examination network through multiple high-stakes testing cycles with zero session-disrupting incidents.
2015 — 2019
Web & Network Administrator
SchoolNet Solutions Ltd.
- Built and looked after websites together with the networks they ran, including DNS, hosting, backups, updates and user support.
- Introduced standard backup, monitoring and security routines that noticeably reduced downtime.
- Trained school staff on the tools they used daily, building the teaching habit that later became a dedicated training practice.
